Shipping Policy for Aussie Fusion

At Aussie Fusion, we work hard to ensure your order is produced and delivered promptly, safely, and at a fair cost. Please read our shipping policy below so you know what to expect when you order with us. This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which cannot be excluded or limited by anything in this policy.

1. Processing Times

All of our products are made to order. We generally dispatch items within 1–4 business days of receiving your cleared payment. Large or complex orders may require additional production time. If your order will take longer than usual, we will notify you promptly.

Production timeframes are estimates. If a significant delay arises that was not disclosed at the time of your order, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We ship from Thirlmere, NSW. Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia are as follows:

  • Metro areas: approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Regional areas: approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Remote areas: may take longer depending on carrier access

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, public holidays, and peak season demand. We will always endeavour to keep you informed if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.

3. Shipping Rates

A flat shipping rate of $10.00 AUD applies to all orders within Australia. This cost is disclosed at checkout before you confirm your order. No additional domestic shipping fees apply.

Where an item needs to be returned or reshipped due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return and redelivery shipping.

4. Carriers and Tracking

We primarily use Australia Post and other trusted courier services to dispatch your orders. Where tracking is available, your tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of your expected dispatch date, please contact us at sales@aussiefusion.com.au.

5. Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf to provide an update.

If a delivery delay is significant and was not disclosed at the time of purchase, you may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the right to a remedy. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as practicable at sales@aussiefusion.com.au. Where possible, please provide:

  • Your order number;
  • Photos of any damaged packaging or product; and
  • A description of the issue.

We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, a resolution may include a replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Important: There is no fixed time limit under Australian Consumer Law within which you must report a lost or damaged item. We encourage you to contact us promptly to help us investigate, but your consumer guarantee rights are not extinguished by any timeframe stated in this policy.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete before confirming your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we will attempt to assist but cannot guarantee interception of a parcel already dispatched. Additional reshipping costs in this circumstance will be the customer's responsibility.

8. International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. If you are located outside Australia and would like to enquire about an order, please contact us at sales@aussiefusion.com.au to discuss available options.
